Suzhou Inovance Automotive Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Inovance (stock code: 300124), entering the field of new energy vehicle components in 2009. Its main products include electric drive system (inverters, eMotors, 3/X-in-1 eAxle), power supply system (OBC, DC/DC, 2/3-in-1 system) and other core components of the e-powertrain system, realizing the self-development and production of the e-powertrain domain products. Inovance Automotive also develops core technologies in the chassis domain and actively expands the automotive intelligence business.
With headquarters located in Suzhou, Inovance Automotive has production bases in Suzhou (China), Changzhou (China), Miskolc (Hungary), and Rayong(Thailand). The company has a R&D team of more than 1,850 members, holding more than 500 core technology patents.

Established in April 2021, Inovance Automotive (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changzhou plant") is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Suzhou Inovance Automotive Co., Ltd.
Changzhou plant was put into operation in 2022, with a total area of about 136,000 square meters. As the mother plant of Inovance Automotive, Changzhou plant deeply applies autonomation, digital and intelligent equipment and management systems, creating efficient operation capability and realizing the annual production capacity of e-motors, inverters, power supplies and eAxles for new energy vehicles exceeding 7.4 million units through multi-plant synergy.
Changzhou plant introduced the concept of green plant construction in the process of planning, design and construction, achieving important results in energy saving and emission reduction in many aspects such as intensive land use, low carbon energy, waste recycling, clean production and green products. It is estimated that the coverage rate of green electricity will reach 100% in 2026.
